I need help identifying where this is from?

Between 00:52sec and 00:55sec of the below video there's a nuke explosion in what I think is LA or possibly London. What movie or series is it from?

Those are two different cities. First city looks like Los Angeles. The second city appears to be San Francisco. I'm not sure what movie it's from.
