Sightings Of Maine Mass Shooter, Robert Card, Confirmed By Police

Police have just updated the public in regards to the massive manhunt for Robert Card, confirming that multiple tips have come into the police that the suspect has been spotted in several locations.

Unfortunately, law enforcement says they have not seen Card in two days, and continue to look for the 40-year-old army vet. The alleged killer is responsible for killing 18 people in a bowling alley and at a local bar in Lewiston, Maine.

My guess is that Card climbed into a hole somewhere and killed himself or that he has help from family and friends hiding him. I hope Card is found soon. Dead or alive.

Maine is a very easy State to disappear in, but with the weather getting colder, he won't last long without help.

reply

He could break into a cabin. He might be able to stay there for months without someone noticing, if the owners don't stop by.

reply

That is a possibility, plenty of vacation cottages locked up for the season unused, and in the middle of nowhere.
Might even be a bunch of firewood. But then there's food and other necessities to consider...

They might try and check out vacation homes and three season cottages throughout the area and look at local auto theft reports.

Personally, I think the dude is Coyote food with a pistol laying at his feet, like that Matthew Laundrie guy that strangled his cute girlfriend a year and a half back.

I get the same feeling about this guy too (killed himself)

Whitey Bulger had a plan that if he got too sick/old to kill himself in a pit/cave where the FBI would never find him or have the satisfaction of knowing if he is dead or alive.

It occurred to me that no mass murderer had pulled this off yet.

reply

I think with today's technology this would be almost impossible to pull off. But you never now I suppose.

reply

Bulger was arrested in Santa Monica, California, on June 22, 2011

reply

Right.
I'm not a fan of violence but he went out the way he had it coming, those last two minutes must have been very uncomfortable for Mr. Bulger.

Karma can be a bitch.

When I read his name, I immediately thought of bank robber (didn't know anything else), but was curious to see how his life ended, and yeah, I bet it sucked.

Which reminds me of a funny Carlin bit.

reply

Yeah, he took over the mostly Irish Winter Hill gang up there in Boston and went on a murder spree.
Gangsters are scum to begin with but he took it to a different level, he even strangled a woman which is almost unheard of in organized crime.

Too bad he didn't get it sooner.

reply

Good! Now he can't hurt anymore innocent people.

reply

Nice

Signed, million man

reply

Well, there you go.

It's a damn crying shame these assholes just don't lift their own wigs with the first shot.

reply

It's absolutely horrible and I don't understand why someone takes out a number of innocent people before they do themselves in.

If you're mad at the world, just leave!

reply

Pretty much what I was expecting, but I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking this.

reply

According to the latest news, his dead body has been found.

reply

I saw that. I'm glad they found his corpse. What a coward Card was. RIP for his victims.
