4. I have a fascination with all things nuclear ☢️

reply

have you seen the tv series?

reply

Not yet, I will eventually.

reply

Last one.

reply

1,2 & 4. I'm sure Ripper's victims were unfortunates beforehand, more after.

reply

2 is very good. it's amazing how these explorers didn't like each other, the competition was fierce.

reply

Honestly, those all sound pretty interesting! As a fan of the LA Noire video game I'd probably go with the Black Dahlia one first...

reply

#1 would be my pick.

reply

They sound interesting but I go with The Black Dahlia book first.

Question: did you see that Chernobyl mini series on Netflix a year or so ago and if so how accurate do you think it was after reading the book?

reply

i thought he series was really good. the only problem were all the british accents.

reply

Funny how a generic English accent gets used so often in movies.
Ron Perlman sported one in Enemy At The Gates which made no damn sense:)

reply

I'm sure those people didn't speak English in real life either...

reply

Book #2 is right down my alley. Mountains of the Moon is a good movie based on their journey.
