Enough.
shareMy liquids intake routine, just about every day.
As far as plain water, 36 to 40 ounces.
25 ounces of coffee per day ( using distilled water in so brewing )
A half liter of sugar free flavored water.
6-8 ounces of red wine ( as a nightcap )
355 Ml bottle of water on my nightstand to swig from if/when I get thirsty at night.
I don't really keep track, but I typically have between 2-5 water bottles each day.
