Went like 3 years not getting it, then got it and here I am half a year later with it again.

Once last January and the symptoms were moderate. Worst part was the headache and chills.

I know one person who was sick about 3 weeks ago and had to be hospitalized. I got my last vax last fall with my flu shot and will get it again when the new one comes out.
OP - I hope you soon feel better.
I know a few folk who have had it recently. 2 of them ended up in hospital for a couple of weeks (those are smokers though). My friend had it last week so I'm hoping I didn't catch it 🤞

I'm fine now. This thread is 10 days old. I didn't post on here for the 5 days after making this post because I was suffering quite bad. Aches and pains, fever, loss of appetite, couldn't get any sleep, headache, sore throat... the whole shebang.
Just have a persisting cough at the moment, when that goes (hopefully in the next few days) I'll be as good as new.
