Ear wax removal

So I'm looking to put together a system like the ENTs have in their offices and I need a little guidance.
After watching this vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vAY2w4WSpc , I would like to create a similar setup.
The doctor in the vid says he's using the Zoellner suction probe. I looked this up and found it and other suction tubes but I'm not sure what "suction device" to purchase. I tried googling low pressure suction machines, but I don't really know what I'm doing.

Any help?

Go to an ear doctor. You don't want to damage your hearing.

I tried to make an appointment today , I called around 10 drs and they were either on vacation or didn't accept my insurance.

I can relate. The same thing happened to me on three different occasions over the years. Each time, I was able to find a Chinese ear doctor who worked weekends and evenings and took me the same day or next. It could be a wild coincidence, but I have zero problem finding available workaholic ear doctors in Chinatown.

Rather than accidentally vacuuming your brains out through you eardrum, maybe just go to a pro.

No, let him do it.

Go to an ENT if you can they have the best tools. You don’t actually need to see the doctor since they will have a nurse or a physician assistant who is trained to perform the cleaning. If you can’t get an appointment with an ENT go to a general practitioner. The GP will probably give you some Colace (which is mainly used as a laxative) to put in your ears overnight to loosen the wax and then the next day they will irrigate it out with water. The problem if you try to irrigate it yourself and you have a lot of wax you might end up with it being plugged up worse than before. I have had quite a bit of experience with this problem. Whatever you do don’t stick any cotton swabs or other foreign objects in you ears and do not use any ear candles. Ear candles are pseudoscience, they do not remove wax and can permanently damage your ear.

Anyone remember those cones you'd put in your ears, while setting the top on fire? The plan was for all the earwax to be removed and transferred to this cone.

It was way too long ago for me to comment on the efficacy (and I only used it once) and like with most things, half will say it's great, half will say it's bunk.

I remember that getting debunked in the early 90s. They put the candles in a fake ear, and it had the same amount of "junk" as a real ear... it's just candle debris.

I recommend something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Medi-Grade-Remover-Quad-Stream-Naturally/dp/B0795WHD42/ref=sr_1_8?crid=1YBQ30TXMP5G0

Or the bottle ones, which I haven't tried. Spray the crap out of there (gently).

Good thing I didn't use it more than a few times!

I actually shower and use a Q-tip every other day, but I remember back 20 years ago having to take these drinks or pills in case a job tested for weed, and remember how it would clean your system. One of those days you need to stay home, but that was a long time ago and not sure they have the same stuff.

Ear suction sounds extreme. My doctor recommended an ear bulb syringe for my ears after she found a HUGE NUGGET of wax in my ear. I would put warm water in the ear bulb syringe and apply it to the side of my ear wall since a straight shot down the hole could damage the ear drum.
