If it's the photo key chain, as said below, it was usually from an amusement park. They took your picture going in and give you a numbered ticket to view the picture later and then elect whether or not to buy the picture in the photo keychain. I have at least three of these from back in the day with three different boyfriends, ha!

And I'm undoubtedly the oldest one here, but I've never been crazy about amusement parks or photos of myself looking like a dipshit.
I grew up going to amusement parks, and when you're young and in love, you get sucked into buying it. Going with family, not so much on paying extra for the photo keychain. Many times, we'd wave them away when they wanted to snap your picture.
