I'll go with Dr. Tim Finch (Alex Jennings) in Unforgotten, series 3.

My favorite villain is Tim Roth as Archie Cunningham in Rob Roy. But not scary, if that's what you mean.

The evil character I won't ever be able to get out of my mind is from a book. Cathy Ames from John Steinbeck's East of Eden is the most despicable character I've ever encountered. When I was reading the book I gained all-new respect for Steinbeck because he was able to write a woman so evil and cruel.

The High Evolutionary from the recent Guardians of the Galaxy movie is the one freshest in my mind.

I'm genuinely glad to see a return of the truly despicable, 'hope he dies an agonising death' type villains.

Of course you can't forget him. The name of the show is Unforgotten, after all. Not so impressive.
