I feel your pain 😆

Bean - The Movie. I didn't want to go, but I was dragged by a couple of friends. We were going to movies quite regularly together during 96 and 97.

reply

I'm a big fan of the Mr. Bean tv series. The movies were definitely a let down.

reply

I forgot there were *movie(s)*. I only saw the first one. And yeah, although I'm not the biggest fan, I'll agree that the TV shows are better than the films (at least the one I saw). The concept works well for a 20/25 minute format, but hardly merits a 1 hour 45 minute film.

reply

Yeah, there's also a second movie with Willem Dafoe. It's even worse than the first.

reply

True it is not good as the TV series but I LOVED Bean - The Movie.
Still better than almost any comedy today.

MR Bean’s holiday is a great feel-good summer movie!

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003).
I felt betrayed.

Battlefield Earth has to be the worst theater experience of my life. I’m no fan of Ron L. Hubbard but I like Travolta and he was in some really good movies in the 90s so I said what the hell and I saw it. It was excruciating.

reply

That's the worst film I've ever seen, but thankfully I didn't pay to see it in the theater.

Hotel New Hampshire

reply

WOW...YOU SAW HOTEL NEW HAMPSHIRE IN THE THEATER?...THAT IS A WEIRD CONCEPT...I ENJOY THE FILM...BUT MORE AS A CURIOSITY.

The Net.

The Heartbreak Kid with Ben Stiller. Hated every bit of it. $7.50 I will never see again.

Tales From the Crypt - Bordello of Blood was pretty awful. Went with some fans of the show, and we all hated it.
