I would rule with a light touch. I am very lenient and understanding. You would pretty much have free reign.
However, if you spam or post nonsensical things, you will be wished away into the cornfield.

I think we do need one more mod.
The board should belong to all the members, whose posts are what give value to this site and are it's primary source of traffic.
Decisions on how the board is run should be made collectively, and all members should share in the benefits, financial or otherwise.
