Which do you prefer?

Honestly, I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. They're both among my favourite films. I guess I'll go for Psycho because between the two, that's the one I'd say is a masterpiece.

Psycho, but I so wish I could cut out most of that final scene.

I agree. They revealed the twist and spent too much time explaining it.

The psychiatrist could've explained it with two lines, I don't think audiences back then were too dumb to understand. Besides, it's a little silly anyway, so best not to dwell on it.
