Good old plain. Various brands and types (for example, classic, wavy, ridged, kettle cooked, and so on).
After that, Sour Cream & Onion, BBQ, Jalapeno

Sour cream and onion. Kettle style preferably but I'll take whatever.
Plain ol' regular chips come in a close 2nd.
BUT... If I only had two choices and they were Cape Cod regular flavor or sour cream and onion Lay's or an equivalent brand, I'll have to go with the Cape Cod regular. 🤤🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋😋
