swim? Yes, though I haven't done it in about 20 years.
ice skate? Yes. I made this video about 8 years ago when I heard they were about to tear down those old boards and hut, which still irritates me - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g99CPlv7_0U
ski? Most likely. I've never done it but a friend of mine who is a good ice skater had no problem with it the first time he tried; he said, "If you can skate, you can ski."
change a car tire? Yes. I've also changed tires for real, i.e., on a machine that mounts/dismounts them from the wheel, like this - https://www.shutterstock.com/image-photo/closeup-mechanic-holding-tire-changing-260nw-1131098126.jpg
play a musical instrument? No. That's akin to sorcery as far as I can tell.
speak a language besides english? No.
complete your income taxes? Yes.
crack your knuckles? Dozens of times a day for the past ~40 years.
use a compass? Yes.
play charades? I never have, but I'm pretty sure that most anyone can play that game.
play chess? Yes, I learned from my 5th grade teacher. I used to play him almost every day after school. After about 3 months I beat him for the first time, the first student to do so in his 15 years as a teacher, though it was luck. I beat him a couple more times, more convincingly, by the time the year was out, but I lost hundreds of times. I continued to go back to his classroom to play chess until he retired in 1995, which was 2 years after I'd graduated from high school. By that time I could beat him more often than not.
