My posts were deleted by the mods because the person who I was speaking about apparently has immunity from being banned or having their posts deleted. A user already had a one week ban for calling them out.

The person you were speaking about was being bullied, harassed and in this particular situation, you were instigating, leading the charge, which is your cowardly style. A mod recently announced, "Leave him alone." In your typical, arrogant, attention whore style, you just had to persist. And that's why you finally got deleted, which you deserved.
If you consider me bumping his posts as harassment, what exactly do you call your posts when you constantly tell people to "fuck off" when they weren't even talking to or about you? Is that not instigation? Also, the mod never told me to leave him alone. They said that to someone else.

So the countless times when TheMan18 posts 7 topics in 10 minutes knocking many other posts off the main page, you're okay with it. But when I bump a few of his posts once, suddenly you're upset about it?

I also think it's hypocritical for you to say I was harassing him when you are the one who took joy in Otter saying I deserved a punch from a group here. People say you're mean and you bitch about it for a year, so I could only imagine your reaction if someone said it to you. I'm starting to think you're a mod.

I've actually said a few times that I generally don't like people. I mean, you're the perfect example why. I don't know where you're getting this idea that I've never admitted it. shareOther than a personal feud between a couple of posters, the only political aspect of this thread has been complaints about it being political. :)
It is, without a doubt, noting a distinct historical event. Perhaps 'the mods' share my more nuanced view on the question.
Planting labels on things, absent a bit of reflection, is somewhat tedious. Have any political axes been ground ? For me, that is the real test. I suppose if someone has an animus against Zelensky's appearance, this might be considered an annoyance, but the fact remains - history happened yesterday, it won't be soon forgotten.
I once had a post deleted that was titled: "Do you think we've become soft in society?" At no point did I bring up politics, a politician or anything that can be construed as political. None of the responses got political and not a single person got into a fight with anyone. But a mod deleted it saying that it was political. I was just letting you know before the mods deleted your post.
shareI get that there are lines, and should be. But they should be intelligently drawn. Without commenting on your case, I did tried to keep the discussion on the historical event, and other than the somewhat tedious complaints, don't think anyone has good cause to complain about noting this rather significant event.
The spirit of the rule is to avoid needless partisan/political contention. I think we've done that here, with a few slight exceptions.
