I feel if someone is genuinely interested or not playing games, they would say something like "I can't wait to meet up again!", "I'd love to see you again.", "Sounds great", etc.

If said without obvious flirtiness then she's probably not sure about you or how things are going, so don't plan to spend too much money.
I agree it's in the way it's said, but just the "...I guess it'll be....." part that'would be a bit of a red flag to me.
