Which is better: Chicago or Toronto?

In which regard? Arts/Theatre? Sports? Nightlife? Greenspace? Safety? Housing market? Job market?

Toronto is better because it is in Canada.

At the present time I would rather visit Toronto than Chicago.

Edit: Why? better gangsters, historical places, fascinating museums and nice Jewish community.

I have only been to Chicago as a tourist and really enjoyed the trip (we avoided the bad bits). I’ll let you know about Toronto when I finally get round to going there.

I was in Toronto in 2006 and thought the underground mall was great - not sure if that has changed since I was there.
