Marzipan. But I suspect it would be very popular in the U.S if most people were introduced to it. I remember reading a story about marzipan shortage in an area of Norway caused by american soldiers visiting the area.

Strangely enough Bidets are now gaining popularity. I've seen a number of them in the last few months. Also I just heard of a company that specializes in making Bidet attachments for existing toilets.

Specialized bidet attachments? I thought bidets are basically just garden hoses, except for the butts instead of, well, garden?

So I think what you'd need is simply connect it to a water pipe / use a pipe tee.
