Your thoughts on the band "U2"?
I've never really been fond of them. I'm sure they're talented, but I don't care much for them.

Never liked them. My mother liked them and used to listed to them all the time. That had a lot to do with me disliking them.

shareThey're very good at what they do. But they seem to only release an album every 4 or 5 years. Even in their heyday from the 1980's.
The band's last album was one of their worst...no replay value whatsoever. And I tried.
Honestly, they haven't been interesting since the 1990's.
But kudos to them for being successful.
To each their own.
Totally agree. I've enjoyed many tunes over the years and have only heard 2-3 albums fully. I understand why there might be hatred for them, but in my life they've certainly been a joy.

shareI thought they were really overrated, until they did "Rattle and Hum" which I thought was awesome, and then "Achtung Baby." Those were the only albums I bought and I still enjoy them.
shareI think their early hits is as good as pop rock gets. I always crank them tunes when they come on the radio. Then they got bizarre and political and preachy and made weird music. So for me, pretty much just an 80s band.
shareI mean, they were always a political band. But there was a shift where that started to get in front of the music.
