What's the most underappreciated movie job?

People go on about actors and directors, but there are so many jobs involved in making a movie.

I'm going to say editor. The ability to determine the best takes, then put things together with pacing in mind, is very important.

It's why directors cuts are often worse because they don't understand that the job is like sculpting, you often get more by removing parts, not adding more.

Continuity Person. An editor would have a nightmare if someone hadn't already paid attention to all the details in the first place.

Continuity. Because they only get noticed when something isn't right - buttons undoing and redoing, bag shifting from shoulder to shoulder, cigarette magically getting longer - stuff like that.
