Best movie based on animated series?

I was discussing with friends today over which was the best film of three; The Simpsons Movie, Beavis & Butthead Do America, or South Park: Bigger Larger Uncut. I honestly had a very hard time choosing. What do you think is the best theatrical film based on an animated series?

I second that.

I'm thinking:

-Speed Racer
-Mask of the Phantasm

Plenty of good ones but those two stand out for sure.

Dora and the Lost City of Gold (2019). Kids who typically watched the TV show were likely age 2 to 4, and probably don't remember it at all. In the movie. Dora has been home-schooled in the jungle, but is sent to a Hollywood high school for her freshman year. She and others end up back in the jungle, where she's the only one who knows what to do.

I've always had a soft spot for Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

Also, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm is excellent.
