Like there’s a certain someone you really wanna be around, you really like her a lot and wanna be around her, even if she’s out of your league, so you just wanna be friends with her so you can be in her life in any kind of way?

Just ask her out.

Unless this is a professional relationship, then its tricky, and it would be best to let it go.

Otherwise, the worst that could happen is she says no. Then you can get it out of your head and move on.
