They all seem to share one trait: wide, expressive eyes. Something I find attractive.

The shape of their eyes makes them appear as if they are opened wide. I've heard this referred to as doe eyes, referring to the eyes of a deer.

My first thought is, I hope he's 30 years old or under, otherwise this is kind of pervy.

There's nothing "pervy" about it. A lot of these photos are from ads published in mainstream fashion magazines.
