Flick Connection is a good movie related channel.
The guys name is Darren Van Damn. DVD. Well I think it's funny.
I watch all kinds of stuff: wood working, orchestra music, guitar performances and tutorials, guitar building, piano and music lessons, movie reviews, VERY LITTLE POLITICS but a tiny bit, cooking, cars, trucks, travel, camping, hiking. Hell I could go on and on. The world is fascinating and YouTube makes in more so. No they can't use my slogan.
Interesting. I was actually looking to test out the different drum sounds I can get. Wooden floors vs. concrete vs. carpet (as well as distance, space, closed vs. empty, etc) and I was just browsing around and saw the first thing you mentioned - wood working, making perfect circular circles, so I thought you might like. I hardly know anything about carpentry, though, and couldn't tell you if the guy is a good carpenter or not.

Very cool.
I've seen similar videos before but have yet to need a large circle. I have made some wheels for large toy vehicles using a hole saw attachment on a drill.
Wood working is fun. You should try it.
I don't have much use for wood working, and I think its a little too late for me, anyway. I can't think of anything I can even improve if I was a carpenter.
In 50 years, carpenters and mechanics will be in high demand, since more and more don't need to work with their hands. Just like how strength was a LOT more important thousands of years ago.

shareYou can download each video.
You can download an ad-blocker.
All for free... I haven't seen a commercial in over a decade. I wouldn't even get cable if I couldn't get DVR (digital video recording)
YT ads don't seem that bad to me. It depends on the channel, too, but usually there's one or two, and you can skip after 5-15 seconds. After spending the first 30 years of my life watching a lot of television and having to watch several minutes of ads for every 12 minutes roughly of a show, it's not bad.
shareI AM VERY PICKY AND SELECTIVE OF WHO I SUBSCRIBE TO...I ALSO DO NOT WATCH ACTUAL TELEVISION...SO PHYSICAL MEDIA AND THE FOLLOWING ONLY...
CINEMASICKNESS.
REDLETTERMEDIA.
MINTY COMEDIC ARTS.
TACO STACKS.
LAURA LEGENDS.
HACK THE MOVIES.
THAT IS ALL.
I subscribe to hundreds of channels, but I rotate genres depending on my mood.
This summer, my fav videos were from laoshu505000 (Moses McCormick) who had over 1 million subscribers. He was a polyglot who spoke dozens of languages.

He died a few months ago from heart disease at 39. It quickly became a soap opera/murder mystery/government plot/revenge as family, friends and girlfriend battle over accusations of murder, fraud, theft, legal actions, infighting, mental illness, sibling rivalry and conspiracy theories, etc. There are now competing channels trying to control the narrative and business profit.
Damn, that's awful. I'm 39, too. Another reason to avoid doctors and bad news!
I also love language. You could call it a small obsession. I will check this channel out. Also too bad about people always fighting after someone dies, which is certainly not the time, but greed seems to trump everything.
He didn't have to die. I found a video he made about 5 years ago saying he just had a stroke and could die from stress. He had very high blood pressure and cholesterol, but refused medication. His girlfriend was trying to change his mind to no avail.
I became curious because his brother said he was really beaten to death and his girlfriend, family and friends were involved which sounded odd since Moses appeared so mellow and friendly. I ended up finding lots of drama. His estranged (& jobless) brother has made $10k asking for money to investigate and created a duplicate site selling his brother's products. Meanwhile, Moses had three young daughters who are entitled to the profits. Their mom needs to lawyer up.
I'm impressed with how Moses can easily understand and converse with strangers while I freeze up. Moses inspired me to learn a few more languages.

The David Pakman Show
shareFirst Amendment audits. They’re so addicting to watch.
shareFirst Amendment audits?
shareBasically where people test their freedom of expression and right to public photography by filming or taking pictures in public areas. That includes police stations, post offices, libraries etc.
shareThank you very much, I'll check this out!
Is "NastyNathaniel" any good? I seem to see his channel name the most. I also saw videos that were 45 minutes long!
I haven’t watched much of NastyNathaniel, the main ones I watch are Auditing America and Amagansett Press.
Audit the Audit is another good channel, but that one mainly breaks down and analyzes police interactions and determines what is and isn’t lawful according to statutes and codes.
I'll definitely check out those channels you recommended. Thanks again!
I'm listening to a really good interview with Studs Terkel and Pauline Kael about movies.
