Yeah, he could hire all the beautiful women he wanted, or lie to others about helping their careers if he wanted a freebie... but Cosby liked his women drugged and helpless.

It's called "somnophilia", a desire to have sex with persons who are inebriated, unconscious, or asleep. I don't want to know what urges lead a person down this path, I just know anyone who tries to explore this fetish with unwilling or uninformed partners is looking at jail time.
