I'm always happy once Easter is over because after that we get more into spring and the weather will be warmer and the grass gets more green.

Plus Cadbury chocolate easter eggs are 2/3 off while they last at CVS on Monday.

This year is much better than last - we are actually getting together with some family for a brunch on Sunday at a restaurant. Today I had lunch with a friend that I hadn't seen since last February.

(Commercial) Easter is definitely more The Wicker Man than The Bible though ay?

All the chicks and bunnies and eggs and floral bonnets ..... all pagan ideology with 0% religion.

I enjoyed Easter a lot as a little snot.
We dressed up good, lotsa candy, played fun games, painting then trying to find Easter Eggs.
Weather was usually agreeable. Very pleasant memories.
Even as a teenager, Easter felt like a fun time.
