An excellent list. Interestingly I've been to Nuremberg, and Krakow, where they filmed much of Schindler's List.
I also visited the Anne Frank house in Amsterdam.

I've looked at the Anne Frank House online, it's so tiny!
Hard to believe people could be hidden in there for months
But they were, which is amazing. And visiting the house is amazing and awe inspiring. I had to wait an hour and a half in line to get in, but it was totally worth it! And the coolest thing is that they don't rush you through. You can stay as long as you want. I think I was there for about three hours.
I also read the Diary which I purchased there.

The boy in the striped pajamas
Sarah's key
Judgement at nuremburg
I saw Sophie's choice a few days ago on a recommendation, I would not recommend this film. It's more of a melodrama about a couple with mental health issues with a tiny fraction about being persecuted by the nazis. (Those scenes were very powerful, but it was too little of the film for me).
The Great Escape
There is also an excellent book called Sage about an OSS captive in a camp that had a lot of interesting details in it
I stupidly leant my copy away (and you know you'll never get it back) it was by Colonel Jerry Sage
It may be hard to find now new or used
I can't do the heavy movies these days, so while I appreciate your list and think they are great movies, I have to go with more fluffy/not so serious movies
Swing Kids (1993)
The Great Escape (1963)
Inglorious Basterds (2009)
Since no none has mentioned it, I would like to add The Odessa File (1974) to the list.
Excellent film.
