Stallone by a long shot. I think his biggest problem is his speech impediment.

Stallone has had more opportunities to show a range of acting while Schwarzenegger has maintained a more striking onscreen presence.

Stallone was good in some more serious roles like Cop Land and Lock Up.

Stallone is also the better action star and bigger action star....actually Stallone is the biggest action star of all time(which hurts me because JCVD will always be my favorite action star of all time)...

Stallone though is an absolute ICON
