shareI just think its strange you think killing an animal is a no no, but will pay for someone else to do it. Personally I think hunting is more ethical compared to supporting the factory farming industry where the cows have a very poor quality of life.

shareThat's cool. I've experimented with the diet as well, but ultimately feel better with some animal products. Do as the Okinawans do, who have the longest lifespan - 90% vegetables and 10% meat/fish. They focus primarily on starches like sweet potatoes.
