Yay or nay?
I’ve seen some wear it well because they keep it up and complete the look with edgy clothes.
But most I see sporting this hair look like they did it on a whim and are stuck with it until it grows out. They have dark or gray roots growing in and have split ends or choppy DIY covid haircuts. Many have that eye catching hair but wear schlumpy shabby clothes that make them look like homeless clowns. I don’t get it.
Depends on the clothing. I think the problem with outrageous hair colors is that they don't fit a lot of more traditional / conventional attires. But if they dress like in Blade Runner, neon hair colors are totally a-ok.

shareYeah, some folk look so scruffy ( not in a styled way). I don't get why you'd go to the effort of having extreme coloured hair and then do absolutely nothing with it after.
The people I've seen who do style themselves look great with it though.
