I'm Aussie. We put tomato sauce (as we call it) on everything. We even have a tomato sauce sandwich which is just bread, butter and tomato sauce.

I remember living in this dorm years ago at this independent living center back in 2007, and this girl was asked by the people in charge anytime eggs, mashed potatoes, or Macoroni was served at dinner that she eat after everyone else was done because she put ketchup on all 3. And most everyone was grossed out by it and complained to the people in charge. I thought it was gross too.

And why would anyone complain about what someone else does to their food? What a bunch of assholes.
They all found it really gross including the staff. Plus we all had to eat together as a rule. But they made an exception for her to eat it that way. I frankly would never put ketchup on any of those things.

I have eaten meat and dairy so long I could never give either up. Then again I have to eat meat and dairy anyway since because of a total colonectome I had in December of 2014, I can't eat raw vegetables. And since I have to cook them thoroughly, the protein in them are reduced.
