Unbelievable how bad it is. It is nearly impossible to get a live voice on the phone, and when you do it’s usually some incompetent foreigner who can barely speak English. Very frustrating.
shareIt's been several years now, but this whole never getting hold of a real person or when you do it's someone who can't speak English thing is awful. Gotta love the websites that that purposefully give you no contact information too. It's next level bad. Businesses go out of their way to not talk to their customers and get rid of you as fast as they can when they do. Not sure how it's legal.
