Heavy snow storm at night; soldiers wearing white cover.
Concrete pipe sections are arranged, stacked two high, to cover the 'arc of fire'.
The plan is to defend, from inside the pipes, and pull back when over-run.
When it looks like they are about to be over-run, they begin to pull back:
However a young soldier gets left behind.
An enemy soldier appears in front of him!
...the young soldier knows he's dead... so he lowers his head and is killed.
