One immediate flaw springs to mind.
You tell us that your hammer falls at 1/6th speed...but we only have your word for this. You could have manipulated the speed of your video.

In free fall and without air resistance, the time that takes to a body to fall is:
t₁ = √( 2*h/g)
That means that with a 1/6 of gravity, it will take √6 = 2.45 times longer to fall to the floor.
t₂ = √( 2*h/(g/6)) = √( 6*2*h/g) = √6 * √( 2*h/g) = √6 * t₁
If you wanna compare, you shouldn't play the video in the left side at 1/6th sped, but at 1/2.45th speed.

Once you escape Earth's gravitational pull...it is not that difficult to get to the moon.
share> There is indeed something wrong with my assumption
Hey, we all make mistakes.
Another thing to consider with Moon conspiracy theories is this. At that time, the Cold War was far from over. Heck, the USA and USSR were racing to get to the Moon first. Both sides were tracking each others' efforts, as were a lot of other interested parties around the world. For example, the debris cloud from the Apollo 13 explosion was visible to amateur level telescopes. British academicians discerned Apollo 11's descent profile by analyzing Doppler shifts in the LEM's transmissions.
Had the USA engaged in hanky-panky like faked footage, etc, the Russians would have caught on and blown the whistle long ago.
I remember seeing that on TV at the time. The astronaut was David Scott, playfully replicating one of Galileo's experiments on Apollo 15.
I never doubted those events were happening on the Moon, although I was too young to really be skeptical back then. But I'm pretty sure the Tang commercials, depicting astronauts on the Moon drinking Tang, were not really filmed on the Moon.
BTW, according to Buzz Aldrin, "Tang sucks." -- https://www.space.com/21538-buzz-aldrin-tang-spaceflight.html
