I’ve never bought something non kitchen related off tv before. Results in weeks it says ! I figured since gyms are not cool I’d try it.

I used to have an ab roller. Good product. (Not the wheel thing but this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OAytlH4y1Is) Nowadays I just do crunches and leg lifts on a mat.

I also have a Bodyblade and a Gorilla Bow, both good products

Mimics exercises you would do in a gym with free weights or machines, but using resistance bands.

That is one exercise among many. The most familiar might be bicep curl and overhead press.

This is the most worthless ab product I ever bought, back when it came out in the 1990s. The principle sounded reasonable, putting tension on your gut so that your muscles would resist and therefore grow, but it really didn't work as well as conventional exercises.

gotta do cardio to lose fat so the abs show. a quicker and temporary way to make em pop is get dehydrated (quit salt for awhile)
