shareYes, near San Francisco where $2 million will get you a dumpy 2bed/2bath fixer upper slammed together with paste in the ‘70s. But I prefer living near the ocean, mountains, a major city all with good weather than in some Mcmansion in a rural, landlocked state with weird weather like tornados, blizzards and hurricanes.
