The future of Star Wars: diversity, identity politics and the High Republic

It seems that the High Republic is gonna be the future of the Star Wars franchise. It's the setting where the movies/series will happen.

The High Republic is a suuuuper woooonderful and incluuuusive place, governed by an Asian (Trans?) Woman called Lina Soy (no kidding).

Of course, there will be bad guys: the Outer Rim. The Outer Rim is a wild zone located besides the (incluuuusive) High Republic and it's filled with violent nazi white males doing evil things and hating a lot because you know? they're white. It seems that the High Republic will be sending troops to military invade, I'm sorry, I mean they will help and guide the Outer Rim to bring them to the (incluuuusive) High Republic.

oh , like that time the evil white males roamed the planet stealing countries and enslaving the population thereof?
I guess its a historical allegory and a lesson to never repeat the unsavoury past of the white male.

They also brought civilization and a scientific mindset to savage tribes.

You should read Darwin's -Voyage of the Beagle. A clearer mind I have never encountered in a book.

Most enlightening on the difference of mindset between two cultures.

Vikings were very diverse and were a mix of whites, blacks and pakistanis Muslims. Haven't you seen any historical TV series? 😄

Lina Soy is basically making fun of vegans, maybe because like 99% of vegans are white (?)
