Do you think if an actor has a “why Hollywood won’t hire” video it’s game over?
Like no casting agent will consider them given that someone went to the trouble of making a video about them being unhirable?

shareMost of the reason are because the actor is a complete douche on set. Change of attitude and an apology go a long way. Maybe not chevy chase though, he burns bridges.
shareSteven Seagal has a terrible reputation but seems to still work. I think Chevy stopped being funny.
shareTrue to both
Seagull is a fat old bird with a terrible attitude (and supposedly beat up his woman and was quite disrespectful during interviews) and Chevy just became a grumpy old man...I never cared for Seagull but the Chase thing really sucks, he was awesome at one time
His comedic style was being a goof and unfortunately that makes you come across as an embarrassing dad or grandfather eventually. Whereas Steven Martin can play both the goof and straight man easily and had enjoyed a long career since the 1980s.
shareThey might get work in voice acting, but as of like physical acting it would probably be over for them.
shareI definitely see these types of actors making those hokey Christmas romance movies on the hallmark channel, so they still often work, just not in the mainstream as much.
shareIf you're talking about those awful looper or N Swift videos than I definitely think NOT.
Other than the people mentioned here that we already know the "whys" of their downfall there's a hundred others they will pick on with innuendo, embellishment and exaggeration just so they'll have an ongoing topic for their online tabloid niche.
They are full of crap.
Wasn't john Travolta's career pretty much over before pulp fiction though? He's made a fortune since then.
shareGood example of a nice comeback
His latest movies have been DTV junk but hey, the guy is still working and a lot of us declared his career dead prior to Pulp Fiction
AND he looks very good for a balding dude!
I know something about this LOL
