Is there a way to ignore a board as opposed to just users?

I've been just manually ignoring users who post a lot on "General Discussion", "Donald Trump", "Politics", and similar boards for a while now but I s'pose if there's a way to just block these boards altogether it would be a quicker solution. Is there maybe an extension or something?

Why the general boards? It's not like it shows up on the trending section on the main page. Just don't go to the general boards.
