Why do people swear? I try not to but it comes out sometimes. I don't really do it here on message boards because I have more time to choose my words.

I find swearing to be very therapeutic. Once I let it out I feel immediate calm.

Several of my favorite users here do not like profanity so I try to keep it to a minimum out of respect to them
In everyday walking around life you'd think I was a sailor LOL!

I try not to swear here, but in real life I can have a real potty mouth when the occasion strikes.
