Why are there so many...

It's a huge subject. The problem with White Knights is they lack objectivity. So for example when you say women should be treated differently to men on the one hand I do agree with you. But on the other hand society pushes this concept of equality as well as gender being a social construct if you look at the ones who take it to an extreme.

My point is they can't have it both ways. If a woman wants to be a soldier or a cop for example than she has to accept she might get killed and it's just not practical for her or society to expect men to come running to her rescue. I work in a field where I deal with lots of critical incidents and the amount of times female cops attend to a situation and don't do anything physical until the men arrive is quite high.

Not saying you are a White Knight either just giving an example of the hypocrisy at work with the whole gender discussion.

The concept of gender equality is not an issue in my community, at least within my circles. The only reason I am aware of it is from social media and news outlets. I base my opinions off of my actual life and not this other noise.

I treat all females how I would want my wife, mother or my daughters treated.
