share+1. The On Cinema Oscars Special is 100000x more entertaining than the actual Oscars. Plus you have Gregg Turkington telling you when Oscer got it wrong, and Tim entertaining us all with his music.
shareI wish I were interested, but I can't afford to go to the cinema anymore, I don't want to watch a bunch of rich people preen, and it all adds up to nothing. If Ang Lee and Richard Linklater lose to JJ Abrams for best director, how is that going to change how I feel about their movies? A lot of hype that doesn't mean a thing.
