Was the 90´s the best decade in pop culture?

I think the 70s really were the best decade for movies. Though I must admit I haven't watched a tremendous number of movies prior to that decade (mainly some of the classics).

Music was pretty great too.

The 90s were the best for movies, tv and music, because it was such a diverse decade where lots of different genres got a chance.

Don't ask me about pop culture (you might as well ask the cat) but the 90's was a good decade for costume dramas.
