So last night I’m at the bar and I run into this chick I recently met

She was the leasing agent at an apartment complex I looked at. I walked by her apparently and didn’t recognize her and while my friend and I were standing at the bar she spun around in her chair and said with a smile “do you remember me?” It took me a minute but then I did, we chatted briefly then she gave me a hug when she left. She was acting VERY interested, my friend even said something like dude she wants your nuts. So I go to add her on Instagram today and she denies it. Wtf??!

And you didn't mention that you "chatted briefly" about The Irishman at your insistence.

You missed the narrow window of opportunity you had. Something I have noticed with women is if you don't take action during the time they are interested it is usually too late to try later.

She was probably hoping you were going to ask her out etc when she was showing interest.

Look on the bright side, you dodged a bullet as she sounds nuts and like one of these women who turn down men for stupid reasons then complain "where are all the good men!"

She denied my request to follow her account, which is private, on IG. You cannot message someone until they accept your request.
