Not a great movie (or even that good really) but the opening of Snake Eyes filmed as one extended shot following Nicholas Cage as he makes his way through the Vegas arena toward his seat was really well done.

The last scene in Some Like It Hot. The end is hilarious, in fact the whole film is hilarious.
