Why homophobic?
What he says makes sense.
Of course, 'gay' is not a binary property. It's more of a fuzzy one, like a number between 0 and 1. The more you live in an environment where there's no women around, the more the 'gay' side is gonna push. But you need to feel some attraction to men in first place.
