Do you have a TV in your bedroom?
No.
shareReally? I thought everyone did!
I have to fall asleep with mine on. Too much stuff goes through my head in the dark silence otherwise. It has to be something I would watch though, not just any old shopping channel lol. The amount of films I've seen the beginning of but never finished is getting beyond a joke ๐
I fall asleep rather easily so thankfully I don't need it.
shareYes. Downsized recently from a 50 to a 40 inch. MUCH better. When I bought the 50 many professional reviewers repeated this, buy a bigger TV than you think you need. That didn't work. HAAAaa
shareAny idea why they say buy a bigger TV than you think you need? Is it $$ or is there a reasonable argument behind it?
shareDoes a computer count?
Yes and in the kitchen, the living room (my husband sleeps in a recliner), the master bedroom, the master bath, the two bedrooms upstairs, etc. We live such an exciting life!
BTW, bohemian, I watch the same as your husband....the news & ID channel.
that is a bunch of TVs.
shareLike I wrote we live such an exciting life! (sarcasm) Sometimes I have to lean forward to see if my husband is sitting in his beloved recliner! Heโs always been a man of few words, but now itโs nothing!๐ This is why Iโm having 3 way conversations with myself....with Id, Ego & Super Ego!๐
shareI do but I never intended to. When I lived alone I would usually snuggle up on the couch in the living room and drop off with the telly on. Eventually I'd wake up, turn it off and go to my bedroom and listen to radio very softly until it was time to get up.
Now I have roommates so I spend most of my time in my bedroom "office" so the TV is usually on and the routine is similar. Fall asleep with it on then turn it off in the middle of the night. I try to keep the volume down, of course.
Actually had a dream the other night where a character from Chicago PD made a "guest appearance." That was unusual. I had been watching the show earlier when I couldn't sleep.
which character?
shareOddly enough it was Antonio. He tossed me a plastic bottle of soda and I had to come back in an hour to answer some questions. I walked around some town wondering if I should just take off or face the questions. I was/am innocent but I felt really uneasy about getting interrogated. Don't know why it was Seda but I remember him looking at me and tossing that bottle. I was watching the show at an ungodly hour in the middle of the night, wide awake for some reason, then finally drifted off, and that's when I have vivid dreams. The TV was off by that point.
shareMy kindle fire is my bedroom tv. It's got a sleep timer so I can drift off listening to Seinfeld or Brooklyn nine nine, sometimes audio books.
shareYes I do but rarely watch it as we don't have cable hooked up to it.
