What's wrong with you?
My feet hurt. It looks like someone dropped many bricks on my feet. Seriously, not joking.

shareSee a podiatrist. It's a very competitive field and you can probably find one for a reasonable price.
Turns out I have arthritis in my big toes. It was so painful I thought I had gout. I now wear rocker sole shoes and no more pain.
I have some old hockey injuries. otherwise I am holding up.
shareDid you get any teeth knocked out? Probably not so common today, but back in the day all hockey players were missing a tooth or two. A right of passage.
shareTook a stick in the mouth and needed stitches in the lower lip. That was the closest I came to losing teeth. We wore full face shields in high school and college.
shareAside from my vision having gotten worse, and my feet sometimes hurting (you have my sympathies), I'm doing pretty well.
The main thing is I wish I could drop this extra weight so I could do some real hiking again, which I love doing. I feel like this is someone else's body and I don't know how to operate it well. Plus the feet thing. Both related to wanting to be able to hike or walk more.
