I like miso soup. Love that exotic mix of salty and savory flavors!

I like the white miso soup, salty, savoury, and umami!

Sushi, veggie tempura, chicken or shrimp teriyaki or yakatori. There's a Japanese restaurant here that makes the best salad dressing. It's sesame seed, sort of thick, savoury, and I wish I could buy it bottled! They serve it over very finely shredded cabbage. Damn, is that good.
