mayo ketchup pickle onion lettuce tomato...Never Cheese, mustard is ok but not preferred.

Mayo, ketchup, red onion (preferred but white or yellow is okay), cheese (any kind), pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, hold the mustard. Avocado is very tasty on burgers too, and chili.

Grilled onions, tomato, Swiss cheese, mayo and a little mustard. I haven't had a hamburger in awhile but I want it well done. Yummy!

Majority of the time, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard and ketchup. A while back I stopped getting cheese on my burgers and I have really enjoyed the extra beef flavor. However, I do love a blue cheese burger every once in a while.

BACON!!!! Hamburgers are just an excuse to put bacon on top of a cow.
