be more inclusive to ugly and plain actors and actresses?

As jerkish as I think this topic is, if they can act better than someone hot, yes they should get the role.

shareThose would be the films of the later 60s and 70s. It didn’t go well.
So, been there. Done that. Didn’t work.
I think that perhaps in my old age, I'm not really seeing a lot of gorgeous people in Hollywood. I see average looking people with great stylists. I mean there are a few who do stand out with their attractiveness, but the more famous ones, who can act, again, I think it's more just being caked in make - up and having personal trainers.
